Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Items must include any original packaging when applicable

Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without an approved request may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at info@jaecrece.com and we will help you with the exchange process.
Items must meet the return requirements above.
Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized products are created specifically for you, custom items (including personalized bags and other customized products) may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or issue with your order.
Please carefully review names, spelling, colors, and customization selections before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Refunds are issued for the item amount. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
