Pricing and Customs: All our prices include taxes and customs if you're shipping within the United States. For our international friends, there might be additional customs charges which may or may not be included in the final price.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please make sure to provide an accurate and verifiable shipping address when you place your order. Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses, and once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Double-check your details to ensure a smooth delivery!
Returns and Customer Service: We’re proud of our high-quality, unique products. Because our items are often limited-edition, accepting returns can be tricky. However, customer service is very important to us, so we do allow returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be in new and unworn condition, in the original packaging, with your purchase receipt. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

Print on Demand: Jaecrece is a print-on-demand website, which means we create your product after you place your order. This eco-friendly approach helps us prevent overproduction, so thank you for making earth-friendly purchasing decisions! Our production time is typically 2-5 days. Once your items are ready, they’ll be shipped to you, adding a few more days for delivery.
Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout for each product. While we strive to meet these estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, and other extraordinary events may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to make things simple. Jaecrece ensures all items leave our facilities in perfect condition and securely packaged. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please note that we can't be responsible for damages or issues caused by the mail carrier.
