Production & Processing Times
All JaeCrece products are made to order and created after purchase. This helps reduce overproduction and allows us to focus on creating thoughtful, personalized items.
Production times vary by product: personalized bags and accessories take 3–4 business days, t-shirts and graphic tees take 1–2 business days, and leggings and swimwear take 5–7 business days. Production time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Personalized Items
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, and customization details before placing your order. If there is an issue with your personalized item or your order arrives defective, please contact us so we can help resolve it quickly.
Shipping Information
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We offer Free U.S. Shipping on all orders, and orders shipping to Canada and Mexico have a $12.99 flat rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please contact us within 30 days if you have an issue or would like to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition received, with original packaging when applicable, and proof of purchase may be required. Personalized items may have different eligibility since they are created specifically for each customer. Please contact us and we’ll assist you.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jaecrece.com with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
