Shipping Destinations

JaeCrece currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Rates

United States orders include Free U.S. Shipping.

Orders shipping to Canada and Mexico have a $12.99 flat rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Made to Order & Production Times

JaeCrece products are made to order, meaning your item is created after your purchase is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and allows us to create personalized products just for you.

Production times vary by product: personalized bags and accessories take 3–4 business days, t-shirts and graphic tees take 1–2 business days, and leggings and swimwear take 5–7 business days. Production time does not include shipping time.

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control. JaeCrece is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
