Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items must include original packaging when applicable, and proof of purchase may be required.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without an approved request may not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at info@jaecrece.com and we will assist with an exchange if the item meets return requirements.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized items, including customized bags and made-to-order products, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, has a printing error, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jaecrece.com. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds cover the item cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
