JaeCrece is a small business creating personalized products, matching family outfits, accessories, and designs made for everyday life and special moments. Many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Orders & Product Information

Made to Order & Production Times
Many products are made to order and created after purchase. Production times vary by product: personalized bags and accessories take 3–4 business days, t-shirts and graphic tees take 1–2 business days, and leggings and swimwear take 5–7 business days. Production time does not include shipping time.
Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details including names, spelling, colors, and customization choices. JaeCrece is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.
Shipping
JaeCrece offers Free U.S. Shipping and also ships to Canada and Mexico. Shipping rates and availability vary by product and fulfillment location. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other external factors outside of our control.
